TV ad for ‘Accessibility for all’ conference
We made a TV ad for the concluding conference of the project, inviting cultural heritage professionals, interest groups, the general public, and actually anybody who was interested to attend. Our idea was to show through a very visual 3d language that museums and the cultural heritage sector are opening up to everyone, using more sensory means to also include impaired people. Making a museum experience a tactile, audible and visual adventure with a low-threshold.
‘Accessibility to Cultural Heritage’ short movie
We created a short informative movie, combining CGI and real-life footage, about the Slovene ‘Accessibility to Cultural Heritage’ project. An excellent initiative aimed at increasing accessibility to Slovene cultural heritage for vulnerable groups. This short film highlights the goals and achievements of the project, which involved seven large and notable museums in Ljubljana, and addresses the tangible and intangible barriers people face. We approached it from a human interest point of view, weaving in stories about people, about opportunities, personal experiences and growth. Biggest challenge in the production process of the movie was to keep it accessible and understandable for everybody, so also for people who are impaired. By using sign language, elaborate subtitles in a large font, and a very detailed voice-over we aimed to accommodate to the needs of impaired people while also keeping the movie dynamic and informative.
